The affordable Spirit Z9 folding treadmill is designed to keep you motivated and to keep you moving. All Spirit treadmills feature the heaviest duty chassis and motors in their class. Beginning with powder coated steel frames and heavy-duty stable inclines, Spirit adds industrial quality motors with large diameter, all-steel, balanced flywheels for a vibration-free secure walking/running surface. The Z9 features a 3.0 horsepower motor with a 0.5 to 12 miles per hour speed range, and 2.5-inch drive rollers providing superior performance and durability for the 2-ply belt.

The large, easy-to-operate data console features five preprogrammed workouts, one manual program, three user-defined programs, 10 quick keys for speed and elevation, and two HRC (heart rate control) programs. The display offers seven windows that provide information on distance, time, calories, speed, incline, and program/laps. It also provides pulse information with the included heart rate chest strap monitor. The wide console area also offers two hand stabilization bars.
