The first treadmill that comes with a built-in fitness coach, the HealthRider Pro H750i visually and verbally prompts you to perform a variety of strength-training exercises while walking or running, resulting in a more efficient total-body workout. At specific times during your workout, the Pro H750i's fitness coach will stop your treadmill and coach you through several weightlifting exercises (the treadmill comes with a pair of 2-pound hand weights), telling you which exercises to do and counting your reps and sets. Then, once you finish your strength-training segment, you hop back on the treadmill and continue your cardio workout until the fitness coach prompts you to stop again. In all, there are nine interactive cross-training workouts, including three upper body, three lower body, and three total body routines. The treadmill offers the fastest way to lose weight and burn fat at the same time, while also helping you strengthen and define your arms, shoulders, and back.

The Pro H750i is no slouch from a power perspective, either, with a continuous 2.25-horsepower motor that employs direct cooling to extend the motor's life while letting you exercise for longer periods of time. The motor offers speeds of 0 to 10 miles per hour and an incline of 0 to 10 percent, with one-touch adjustment buttons helping you raise or lower your intensity level at a moment's notice.
