A polar chest strap heart rate transmitter and EKG are included to give you options for tracking your heart rate andmaximizing your workout. Its power incline is up to 10% grade and 2.5 horsepower with speeds of up to 10 MPH. The 320t's console features a 5 window LED with matrix that displays your workout time, distance, calories burned, heart rate and 1/4 track performance matrix. Attached onto the console is a 2 speed cooling fan, a magazine rack, and a water bottle holder to refresh you throughout your workout. Its one touch speed and incline bars make it easy for you to alter your workout as you go along. This top selling treadmill's shock assist design make it easy for you to store it away when its not in use. With a 20" x 56" running surface, your strides can be longer making your workout more effective.
